Recent projects I have worked on:

  • Workbook and video resource development coordination for the Canadian Celiac Association
  • Interview on CP24 TV channel on Celiac Awareness and presentation of new tools and resources
  • Delivering an interactive presentation on Healthy Eating on a Budget to a large group of seniors at Bernard Betel Centre
  • Writing an article for the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Nurses Association on Celiac dieases and Non-celiac Gluten Sensitivity
  • Participation in creating a Weight-related Conversations Knowledge Translation Casebook for healthcare professionals
  • Facilitating workshops for parents on the topic of Nutrition in the first year and introducing solids
  • Community outreach presentations for seniors on “Nutrition in Diabetes” and “A Gluten-Free Diet”
  • Weekly menus review for a long-term care facility, to ensure alliance with the Canada Food Guide, in accordance with the MOHLTC regulations
