Online Group Sessions

Group sessions are available as a part of the Food Harmony program.
Currently virtual sessions are running monthly in a small group format and provide safe space for sharing and supporting each other as well as asking questions and receiving feedback from Yulia.
Common topics discussed include:
- How to address emotional eating
- How to combat food guilt
- How to normalize eating behaviours
- How to improve body image
- How to unlink self-worth from a number on a scale
- How to navigate weight comments and unsolicited nutrition advice from others
- How to establish a sustainable meal routine when your life is hectic
- How to survive holiday seasons
- How to find ways to move your body that feel good and comfortable
- How to eat more mindfully
