Currently group format is offered in 3 Modules:

  1. Normalizing relationship to food
  2. Healing emotional eating
  3. Improving body image

Each module consist of 4 weekly group sessions facilitated by Yulia and inlcude learning, practical activities, group discussion, and answering questions.

  • Address emotional eating
  • Combat food guilt
  • Normalize eating behaviours
  • Improve body image
  • Unlink self-worth from a number on a scale
  • Navigate weight comments and unsolicited nutrition advice from others
  • Establish a sustainable meal routine when your life is hectic
  • Survive holiday seasons
  • Find ways to move your body that feel good and comfortable
  • Eat more mindfully
  • And much more…
