Online Group Sessions

Group sessions are available as a part of the Food Harmony program.

Currently virtual sessions are running monthly in a small group format and provide safe space for sharing and supporting each other as well as asking questions and receiving feedback from Yulia.

Common topics discussed include:

  • How to combat food guilt
  • How to normalize eating behaviours
  • How to improve body image
  • How to unlink self-worth from a number on a scale
  • How to navigate weight comments and unsolicited nutrition advice from others
  • How to establish a sustainable meal routine when your life is hectic
  • How to survive holiday seasons
  • How to find ways to move your body that feel good and comfortable
  • How to eat more mindfully
  • And much more…
