What is NOT included:

  • A detailed meal plan with calculated calories, macro/micronutrients and recipes. I offer guidance and teach general principals for building healthy balanced meals, tailored to client’s needs, preferences, and circumstances. In some cases, I provide sample meal/snack ideas or recipes you can choose from when crafting your meal routine.
  • Promising concrete results. In this session, we discuss your situation, goals, and ways to reach them that will be suitable to you. What part of my advice you choose to stick to and to what extent is completely your decision I have no control over. And even if you follow each and every recommendation to the T, because we all have different bodies, metabolism, and genetics, it’s impossible to predict the exact outcomes of the changes you will be making, translated into pounds, inches, or other measurements.

What you’ll be asked to provide BEFORE the session:

  • Fill out questionnaires sent to you
  • Keeping a detailed food record for 1-2 weeks
