Hi and welcome!

Trying to find answers and solutions to food-related issues that will work for you in a plenty of controversial nutrition information might feel stressful and overwhelming. I am here to help you navigate the world of nutrition for wellbeing based on evidence-based approaches and strategies.

My name is Yulia (and I often go by Julia), I am a Toronto based Registered Dietitian, offering virtual services to support clients in navigating mental health conditions.

What is the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?

I offer nutrition counselling to individuals and families in a judgement-free, empathetic environment, focusing on guiding and supporting my clients in working towards their nutrition goals. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start working on healing your relationship with food, improving body image, and building sustainable and flexible eating habits, conducive to your health and well-being goals.

Common conditions I help with include:

  • Managing emotional eating
  • Disordered eating/eating disorder recovery (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID)
  • Weight dissatisfaction, negative body image, body dysmorphia
  • Nutrition support in anxiety and depression
  • Nutrition care for neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD)
  • And more…
